Panditji Gurukul, Kangri in India ke graduate rahaa, aur jab 22 December 1927 me uu Fiji paucha tab uske Suva Town Hall me swagat karaa gais rahaa. Panditji Saweni, Lautoka me Gurukul Primary School me parrhae ke suruu karis. 1928 me uu Principal banis aur uske niche boarding school suruu karaa gais jisme 45 larrkan rahat rahin, jab ki school me kul jorr 140 students log parrhat rahin aur 25 Kaiviti students bhi rahin. Uske achchha kaam ke khatir Governor, Sir Murchison Fletcher se bhi badhaai mila
In 1928 he became the Principal and under his leadership, boarding facilities were established at the school with 45 boarders out of a total population of 140, including 25 native Fijian students. During his time as Principal, the school made remarkable progress and he was commended by the Governor, Sir Murchison Fletcher. This became the forerunner of1952 theme Dayanand Ango Vedic College of Ba inban 1952gais.
 
Ba me Panditji ke Colonial Sugar Refining Company (CSR) uske kulambar logan ke Hindi parrhae ke khatir madat karis. Uske Fiji me sikchha ke sab se barraa yogdaan Hindi Ki Pothi rahaa jisse Fiji ke Hindustani larrkan logan Hindi easily sikhe sakin.
 
 
While in Ba Chandra was also recruited by the Colonial Sugar Refining Company (CSR) to teach company employees and overseers to speak proper Hindi and understand Indian culture. His greatest contribution was the series of books, Hindi Ki Pothi (Hindi Readers), that he published to enable Indian students to learn Hindi easily. These readers were compiled for students of different levels in primary schools and were used in Fiji for over twenty years.
