:I also see that [[:hif:MediaWiki:Disambiguationspage]] is not correct. It should contain the list of templates that are used to indicate a page is a disambiguation page: each template must be there as an internal link (''[[:Template:Disambig|Template:Disambig]]'') and not as simple text (''Template:Disambig''). I think that's the main problem because WPCleaner can't find any disambiguation because there are no internal links to disambiguation templates in [[:hif:MediaWiki:Disambiguationspage]].
