DHer gyani log Dalit ke Japan ke Burakumin^[2], Korea ke Baekjeong^[3] aur Europe ke purana jamaana ke peasants^[4] se compare karin hae. India ke sarkar Dalit ke ek "scheduled class" me rakkhis hae, jiske matlab hae ki uulog ke khaas adhikaar dewa jaae hae.
