English me iske naam hae bitter melon nai to bitter gourd , goya Japanese me, ampalaya Tagalog me , aur karella Punjabi, Hindi-Urdu, Nepali and Bengali, khổ qua/ mướp đắng Vietnamese me. South American aur Caribbean me iske Carilla, Balsamino aur Saraseed bola jaawe hae.
Iske jaada kar ke India aur Indian subcontinent ke duusra des, aur Southeast Asia, China, Africa, aur Caribbean me boya jaawe hae.
